We currently ship within Hong Kong only.
All prices are in HKD.

Processing time: Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Public holidays and bad weather may cause delays.

Delivery area: We deliver to most urban areas in Hong Kong. Some remote locations may not be covered or may require extra time.

Delivery fees: Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. From time to time, we may offer free delivery above a certain order amount.

Age restriction: By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Hong Kong. The courier may ask for ID on delivery.

Failed delivery: If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or no one can receive the order, we may charge an extra fee for re-delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in selecting and handling our wines. If something is wrong with your order, we want to help.
1. Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If bottles are broken, leaking, or not what you ordered:

Take clear photos of the box, the labels, and the damage.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
After review, we may offer:

A replacement of the same product (if available), or

A refund in HKD to your original payment method, or

A store credit to use on a future purchase.
2. Corked or faulty wines
Wine is a natural product and faults can happen. If you believe a wine is corked or faulty:

Keep the bottle (at least two-thirds full) and the cork.

Contact us within 7 days of opening with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We may ask you to return the bottle for inspection. If we confirm a fault, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
3. Change of mind
We do not usually accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong choice, or if you simply do not like the taste. Please ask us for advice before buying if you are unsure.
4. Event tickets
For paid events, refunds or changes depend on the event conditions stated at the time of purchase. Some events may be non-refundable or may allow changes only up to a certain date.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days. Timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
