Tasting notes: A beautiful silky Pinot Noir from the furthest southern Premier Crus in the Cote de Beaune. This wine has a lovely rose-colored hue with wild red flowers, red berries, red plum, and cherry on the nose. The wine is elegant and alive on the palate echoing the wild red flavors from the nose with more red raspberry and sweet cherry and a touch of mushroom, sois bois, beet, and exotic spices in the background.
