Tasting notes: The nose is fresh, deep with aromas of white flowers, rosehip, acacia. It is very fine in the mouth, crystalline but with a beautiful amplitude. It gives us expressions of peach, pear, grapefruit and lemon. It is rich, complex, and has a delicacy that we have never seen in any other Sauvignon.
